If you created movies using Magisto in the past but don’t see them when logging into your account, the likely culprit is the way in which you’re logging in. All of your movies are tied to the email address (or Facebook or Google+ account) you use to login with. This way you can access all of your movies from any device, simply by logging into your account. You can even login to your account from multiple devices at the same time.

Because of the fact that we offer the ability to login using Facebook, Google+ or email, it can sometimes be confusing when you revisit the app after awhile to remember which way you were originally logged in. If you created your account with email originally and return and login with Facebook, your movies will not be there. If you’re not seeing your movies, just try logging in with a different method and you should be able to find them!

Note that if you originally created your account by connecting your Facebook or Google+ account, you will be able to login using the email and password associated with your Facebook or Google+ account.
