What are Layouts?
Layouts are a block that we designed to give you more control over your videos. With layouts you can add text, text animations, photos, and videos any way you’d like. Now, no two videos will look the same! More style, more control, more exciting videos.
How to Access Layouts
To access layouts head to the Video scene toolbar and simply click change and the layout dropdown menu will appear.
How to Switch Between Layouts
To switch between layouts find the Video scene toolbar, then click change, and from there you can select any layout block you’d like. Feel free to experiment here. If you don’t like the way something looks you can always come back and change it.
How to Change Your Text Sticker Animation
In addition to layouts, with the new Magisto you will also have access to advanced text, and text animations. Now you can add your text, in any layout you’d like, with snazzy new effects!
First click on your text, then head to the Text scene toolbar. Then click change.
Choose from 9 different custom text animations:
- Cut out
- By line
- By word
And we’re not stopping there! We will continue to add more text animations down the line.
