No previous experience or knowledge of video editing necessary – simply record and upload your videos and Magisto turns them into beautifully edited movies, complete with music, transitions and effects, in minutes.
Support Engineer, Israel
As a support engineer at Magisto, you will be the first line of contact for users when they need help. You'll respond to and handle technical support requests from both customers and the company's employees, investigate bugs and problems reported by customers, and coordinate between different teams in order to resolve customer issues.
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant position
- Experienced with Windows, Mac OS and Linux (intimately familiar with at least one)
- Familiar with various browsers, desktop apps and mobile apps
- Passionate about tech, devices and gadgets
- Service-oriented in thinking and action, excellent communication skills
